This Beats New Year's Resolutions Whenever Of The Year.
Make a commitment to success. It might sound simplified, but leadership starts with believing in the company and having a vision for its success. That vision when interacted rubs off on all that work at the company. In this way, your vision of success bring about success among your workers.

Stick with your goal. One way that leaders tend to fail is that they "change sides" when things get hard. Try to stick with the goals you've established, and do what you can to stay on one path up until completion. You might have to eventually change paths, but do so carefully and prevent doing it too much. Continuously changes paths can make you appear confused and undetermined to others.
